At ENEZ Swimwear, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your new pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with hygiene liners and tags intact to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring the hygiene sticker is firmly in place and all tags are attached.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
